The Rose Workshop
The Rose Workshop is to help shape self-esteem, self-assurance, and self-worth through intense yet eye opening self-reflecting discussions and activities. Participants will go through various exercises to acknowledge triggers, moments of weakness, strengths, and goals, while learning to forgive past experiences in the hopes of a healed and prosperous present and future. This workshop is geared to women going through a transition phase in life (recovering from domestic violence, addiction, mental illness, homelessness, etc.)
“I am thankful that I decided to embrace this opportunity. The past year I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety. I was forgetting to look in the mirror and love every part of me. This workshop, although it was very deep, helped me face the good, the bad, and the ugly. I loved how Londen made us feel comfortable and shared her story with us. I enjoyed every exercise and think they are a good to apply to our live. This workshop has the capacity to help many women.”
“During the 6 weeks attending the Rose Workshop I was able to recognize some pitfalls that I thought I had conquered but realized that I need to constantly refresh my techniques in order for me not to succumb to faulty beliefs of who I am and what I can achieve. I enjoyed Ms. Underwood as a facilitator, she was relaxed but confident in her delivery.”
